Mountain V Oil and Gas is currently drilling the last of its planned 2008 developmental wells in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The 15 wells in Drilling Program 2007-C are expected to be drilled prior to March 31, 2009.

For the calendar year 2008, Mountain V will have drilled a total of approximately 105 developmental natural gas wells in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. With approximately 30,000 acres of leased potential drilling acreage available, Mountain V intends to continue drilling throughout 2009 and beyond.

Once again, Mountain V will continue its long-standing practice of mailing from Bridgeport, West Virginia, on Friday, February 26, 2009, partnership returns and accompanying K-1 accounting and tax statements. Investors should receive their statements in the mail during the first week of March. Please contact the Mountain V office should you have questions regarding the tax mailing.
