2008 ACTIVITIES
The Drilling Programs for 2007 have closed for subscription. Drilling is currently underway to complete the remaining wells in Drilling Program 2007-C and the more recently funded Drilling Program 2007-D. Both Drilling Programs 2007-A and 2007-B have been completed with 15 wells in each program having been successfully drilled and all but one have been placed into production. Investors are currently receiving distributions from both the 2007-A and 2007-B drilled wells.
2007-C will includes 35 wells to be drilled in West Virginia and 2007-D will include 20 wells to be drilled in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. All wells in both the C and D programs will be drilled prior to March 31, 2008.
Each month the monthly distributions to investors will reflect the increasing flow of natural gas from recently drilled and completed 2007 program wells. As a reminder, please review the monthly newsletter to understand more about the natural gas industry in general; and specifically learn about Mountain V Oil and Gas, Inc.'s continuing activities in the Appalachian Basin as well as understand the monthly distribution results for all Mountain V operated wells.

Once again, Mountain V will continue its long-standing practice of mailing from Bridgeport, West Virginia, on Friday, February 29th (our accountants will take advantage of the extra day this leap year!) the partnership returns and accompanying K-1 accounting and tax statements. Investors should receive their statements in the mail during the first week of March. Please contact the Mountain V office should you have questions regarding the tax mailing.
Mountain V's 2008 drilling plans are now completed. The first program will open for subscription in June 2008 and drilling the first wells will begin shortly thereafter. The limited partnership will be a 25 well developmental drilling program with wells drilled in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. The program will close for subscription in mid-December 2008.
